We have 3 first floor rooms that can you can choose from to book for individual events or regular use.
How to book a room
Make a Booking.
If you would like to book one of the rooms, you can do so on-line, by clicking on the Book this Room buttons below.
Booking is set up in 30 min slots. The minimum time you can book is 1 hour, so you will need to book 2 consecutive 30 minute sessions. If the time you would want is not showing, it means that someone else has already booked rooms at this time.
If you would like to visit the Water Street Centre and have a look round, or discuss your booking, please contact us.
The First Floor Rooms

The Main Room (Room 1 on the plan above)
The main room is on the first floor and is a large open space which can be used for many activities such as dance groups, art classes, children’s parties, etc. This room can be set up with tables and chairs, in meeting style, lecture style, etc or left open according to what you need.
It has a maximum capacity of 50 people and links directly to the kitchen area. Access is by the main stairs.

The Medium Room (Room 2 on the plan above)
This is our Medium Sized Room on the first floor. It is 8 m by 7 m and is ideal for smaller groups than the main room. It can be set up as a large board room style, lecture style, cabaret style, or as an open space. It’s a very versatile room.
The maximum capacity is 30 people. it has access to the kitchen area via a hatch and is accessed via the main staircase.

The Small Room (Room 3 on the plan above)
This is our smallest room for hire on the first floor. It is 7 m by 4 m and makes an excellent meeting room or place for small group activities.
The maximum capacity is 15 people. You can access the kitchen from the main area and access the room via the main staircase.
